We will provide your Zillow with a one year warranty.

Terms of use:

A. The pillow is eligible for return if it fails to rebound more than 2cm.

B. In the case of a return, we reserve the right to inspect the pillow.

C. Damages caused by not following the guidelines are not covered by this warranty.

D. If you make a valid claim under this warranty condition within one year from the date of receipt, we will provide a replacement to your Zillow.

The warranty will not apply for the causes listed below:

A. Inappropriate storage, use, abuse, misuse, change of usage or Improper washing such as the use of softeners.

B. Visual defects, wear, tears, cuts, scratches, improper bending or damage from impact or by accident.

C. Damage caused by external factors such as sunlight, moisture, dust and mites.

D. Discomfort due to personal preference.

E. Odor (New pillows may retain its natural odor)

30 Nights Trial

Enjoy Zillow for the perfect night's sleep from tonight to 30 nights.

Terms of use:
30 nights trials begin on the date of receipt.

1. You can return and refund your product free of charge by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of receipt.

2. In order for you to experience the comfort of the product properly, 7 days must past from the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

4. In the case of a damaged or a stained pillow, the product may not be refunded or replaced. With confirmation from our staff, we will arrange a refund or a replacement. If it is in the case of stain due to misuse, the 30-Night trial will be cancelled.

5. After requesting a refund, we will cover the cost incurred during the shipping process.

Care Instruction

1. “Keep the pillow ventilated” You may notice the smell of odor upon unpacking the product, but do not worry, your pillow is not damaged. We recommend that you should remove the product from it's packaging within 24 hours of receipt and leave it in a well-ventilated area for 24 hours before use.

2. “Keep the pillow clean” We recommend using pillow covers to protect the pillow from mites, allergens and dirt. If the pillow is stained by a liquid, please wipe it with a dry towel and let it dry in a well-ventilated area. Please avoid using chemical detergents when washing your pillows.

3. “Keep the pillow durable” Avoid direct sunlight and please be noted that memory foams cannot be washed either by machine washing or dry cleaning. Otherwise, damages may be caused to the quality of the pillow.
